Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. This position requires an active Kentucky license, AHA BLS, ACLS, and any additional certifications related to the specialty. The candidate's primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address. The schedule is 5x8 days (08:00–16:00), with 40 hours per week.
Required: 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy services as assigned by the facility.
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Additional certifications related to the specialty (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy.
- Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
