Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,455 per week

Job Summary

A Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The position involves providing patient care primarily to adult patients with chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapies, pleurx, and wound vac management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Drivers License
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with charting in Homecare Homebase (EMR system)
• OASIS-E assessment experience
• Geriatric/Adult, chronic disease management, and maintenance notes

Additional Information

• Approximately 6 visits per day, totaling 6 points per day
• Accepts first-time travelers if experienced in home health
• Travel may extend up to 100 miles depending on case load during weekends
• Orientation includes a 5-day New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Scrub color required: Grey - Therapy

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
