Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment starting November 30, 2026 in Enid, Oklahoma. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts) and involves traveling to patients in Garfield, Grant, Alfalfa, Woods, Kingfisher, and Blaine counties. Enid offers access to outdoor recreation at Government Springs Park and Great Salt Plains State Park, cultural sites such as the Railroad Museum of Oklahoma and the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center, and is about 100 miles north of Oklahoma City for additional amenities.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial therapy evaluations
- Develop plan of care
- Complete subsequent visits as needed
- Supervise PTA staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited school
- Active state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification may be required (AHA or ARC)
- PT licensure in Oklahoma
- Home health experience, including familiarity with HCHB
