About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in various home health settings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
