Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,410 per week

Job Summary

The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health services in Millsboro, Delaware. This role involves providing patient-centered care within a home health setting, following a Monday through Friday schedule. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering quality outpatient therapy services.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Possibility of working one weekend per month if needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid license to practice in the state of Delaware
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy

Additional Information

• The assignment involves home care home base experience
• Mileage is reimbursed at 0.72 cents per mile and is billable from the first stop to the last stop
• The client reserves the right to call off a professional up to 36 hours during the 13-week assignment with no penalty or shift payment required
• The charting system used is EPIC

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
