Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in New Port Richey, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a home health setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
