About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Treatment of patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Perform physical therapy treatments such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia
- At least one year of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Experience working in a home health setting preferred
- Knowledge of home health insurance and billing procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
