Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Salem, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
• At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
