Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
Responsibilities
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
- Float between multiple continuing care retirement communities and patient homes in the area
- Mileage will be reimbursed for travel in between patient's homes at current government rate
