Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,042 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026 in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of home health care standards and guidelines

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
