Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $1,724 per week

About the role

This position involves providing home-based care to patients in a geographical region, including physical therapy tasks as part of the rehab unit (PT, OT, Speech). The role requires flexible weekday hours with some weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in a home health setting.
• Cover assigned geographical areas as required.
• Document patient progress using Cerner EMR.
• Participate in floor-specific orientation and training.

Requirements

• Experience with Oasis (government mandated form).
• One year experience in PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

8:00:00-16:00:00, flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm
