About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of home health insurance billing and coding.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, days
