American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Raritan, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, including PT assessments and interventions.
- Conduct skilled assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willing to obtain NJ licensure
