Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily skills, providing compassionate care in a home health setting.
• Deliver therapy services during designated shifts.
• Complete documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Ohio OT license.
• Home health experience.
• BLS certification.
• Background screening may be required.

Skills
