Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, assessing patients' needs and developing treatment plans to improve their functional independence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in home health.
• Strong assessment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with home-based care protocols is preferred.

Key Duties

• Conduct patient evaluations, implement therapy interventions, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Additional Details

• This is a travel position requiring 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
