Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health occupational therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the national licensing examination for occupational therapists

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations

Pay
