Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,550 per week
Pride Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide quality home health services in Bourne, Massachusetts, covering the South Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod areas.
About the Role
This is a travel position with a 28-week duration, offering a weekly pay package of up to $2,550.00 gross (including a weekly non-taxable stipend). The role includes a weekly hour guarantee of 32 hours, with no on-call or weekend requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform OT evaluations, treatments, recertifications, discharges, and starts of care.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes and assisted living facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support independence and safety.
Coverage Area
- South Shore: Plymouth, Kingston, Carver
- South Coast: Wareham to Seekonk
- Cape Cod: Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee, Falmouth
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts OT License.
- Previous Home Health experience required.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing cognitive therapy.
- Experience working with patients in community and assisted living settings.
Pay
Up to $2,550.00 per week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend).
Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours, days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours (32 hours guaranteed)
Mileage Reimbursement
$0.50 per mile between patient visits. Mileage for the first patient is reimbursed when the clinician's residence is closer to the Bourne office than the first patient; the difference in mileage between the office and the patient is reimbursed at $0.50 per mile.
