Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,550 per week

Medasource is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health or similar setting
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
