Responsibilities
- Manageable daily caseload (5–6 visits)
- One-on-one patient care
Requirements
- Average of 5–6 patient visits per day
- Service area includes Anchorage and Eagle River
- Average of 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Requires an active Alaska license
- BLS-AHA certification required
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alaska
- Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Experience with home health care services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
