Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Seattle, Washington and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• CPR Certified or able to obtain.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
