About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in home health preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in various locations
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
