CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Fairfax, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Perform therapeutic interventions to promote independence and wellness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patients' needs and modify treatments as necessary
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
