About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 29, 2026, in Hermiston, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Oregon
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed
