Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting September 15, 2026, in Pueblo, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Experience in home health occupational therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)

Pay
