Job Description & Requirements

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Indianapolis, Indiana and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking to travel or stay local, we're committed to helping Occupational Therapists find the right fit with top healthcare facilities across the country.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
  • CPR Certified or able to obtain.
  • Previous OASIS experience.
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting.
  • Six months of previous Home Health Care experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Contract Details

  • $2,020 - $2,231 per week.
  • 13-week contract.
  • Paid by the hour - not by the visit.
  • Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage.
