Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,106 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings
• Complete OASIS assessments and computer charting
• Cover a designated territory of home health patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Delaware
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with computer charting
• Minimum of 6 months of home health care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Pay

$1,940 - $2,106 per week (paid by the hour, not by the visit).

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
