Job Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health
• Location: Springfield, Ohio
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Daily hours total 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
• Home health experience required

Common Diagnosis / Patient Types

Most post-acute care patients, including those in inpatient, acute rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings for home care.

Experience or Skills

• Occupational therapy experience with home health
• Familiarity with post-acute patient care
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Rehab Aides / COTAs: One Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will require supervision

Additional Information

Pay Package
