Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in North Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Missouri
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current CPR certification
