Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• 1 year full-time Home Health experience within the last 2 years

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice occupational therapy
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or current EMT-B certification

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
