Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements

• Current certification as a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in home health care setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
