Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a position in Everett, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in home health care setting preferred

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
