Travel General Ultrasonographer - $1,480 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 23, 2026, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and results in medical records.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment.
• Passing score on a relevant certification exam (if required).

Pay
