Travel General Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,360 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of therapeutic exercises and treatments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
