Travel General Occupational Therapist - $2,190 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist patients in achieving independence through therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and their families
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay
