About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Greeley, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Start date: July 20, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Colorado
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Current CPR certification

Pay
