About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in SNFs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working in SNFs preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record keeping

Pay
Tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
