About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
