About the Role

This is a 13-week travel contract with the possibility to extend. The position requires 36 hours per week on night shifts (12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and review images to ensure quality and diagnostic usefulness.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate findings to physicians, and alert them to urgent issues.
• Prepare and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam process.
• Review patient medical history, record imaging results, and coordinate care with other departments.

Requirements

• Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay

$1,530 - $1,702 per week (estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
