Travel Float Pool Telemetry RN - $2,050 per week
About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Salem, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips
- Must have 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location and 2 years as a traveler
- Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours
- TR Band experience required
- Must be able to perform cardiac drips and reading telemetry strips
- Clinician to patient ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1, Nights up to 6:1
- Care for ED border patients, medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU
- Work throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas (Davenport 5, Davenport 7, Davenport 8, Davenport 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, & Overflow)
- EPIC EMR system used
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS certification required

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
