Position Overview As a Travel/Float Physician Assistant, you will travel to different Removery locations within the Florida region, serving as a Laser Associate in an assigned studio during the absence of the regular Laser Associate. Your duties will include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and supervising various laser and operational activities. Our Travel Laser Associate role offers you the opportunity to empower clients as they begin their journey towards tattoo removal, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives. We are seeking someone passionate about laser tattoo removal, located in Orlando who is willing to travel throughout our Florida locations for 3 weeks every month and be available locally for 1 week each month. This position is non-exempt and includes compensation for travel time. Responsibilities Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials. Position Specifics Compensation: $60/hr + uncapped commission Address: 12610 E Colonial Dr, Suite 46 Orlando, FL 32803 Status: Full-time Schedule: Travel Requirements: 3 weeks statewide travel, 1 week local scheduling each month. Requires flexibility and ability for overnight travel. Typical schedule is Tuesday- Saturday.
