About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and triaging patients promptly based on severity
- Administering medications and treatments following emergency protocols
- Assisting physicians during procedures and preparing emergency equipment
- Monitoring patient safety, comfort, and vital signs
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
- Providing patient education tailored to emergency care needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Responding effectively to life-threatening situations and adhering to safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Recent ER RN experience with valid license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients, with visual acuity and sensory communication skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
