Provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a busy emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients
- Explain procedures to patients and families
- Administer treatments and medications
- Monitor patient safety and respond to life-threatening situations following established protocols
- Document care and interventions accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver efficient emergency care
Requirements
- One year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to handle medical equipment and perform patient care tasks
