Travel ER RN - $2,861 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on September 14, 2026. The schedule is 12-hour day shifts with a total of 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Management of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Continuous IV sedation
• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) care
• Drug overdose management
• Administration of emergency medications
• Gunshot wound management
• Neuro-Trauma and Ortho trauma care
• Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
• Triage in a Stroke Certified Facility
• Experience with EPIC charting system

Requirements

• 3 years of experience required (2-3 years considered with Level I trauma center experience and one travel assignment)
• Travel experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must pass Relias EKG exam for interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
• No Requested Time Off (RTO) the first week of the assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract

Qualifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Licensure

• Missouri: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact license (no issuance if tied to another compact state)
• Illinois: License in hand required at time of submittal
• Compact: Must match permanent residence; otherwise, submit for update and confirm ETA
