Requirements
- RN MD state license
- BLS

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced, high-volume ER setting.
- Staff the 10-bed ED hold/Obs unit, managing lower acuity patients with a ratio of 1:5 up to 6.
- Rotate among ER and hold/Obs units as needed, supporting patient care across multiple diagnoses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure compliance during all shifts.
