MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Newberg, Oregon. The assignment begins October 26, 2026, lasts 13 weeks, and requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts as a travel employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to emergency care.
• Understand and implement triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health status.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required depending on the position.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
