About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Farmington, New Mexico. Travel ER RN assignments in Farmington, NM place you at San Juan Regional Medical Center, a 198-bed acute care community hospital and level III trauma center. The emergency department features a 43-bed unit with patient ratios of 4:1 in the main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track, utilizing Cerner electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level III trauma center emergency department
• Manage patient assignments with ratios of 4:1 in the main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track
• Utilize Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
• Work 12-hour night shifts as part of a 36-hour work week

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure (Compact accepted)
• 2+ years of experience in emergency room nursing
• 2+ years of Trauma Center ER experience
• Must reside 100+ miles from the facility
• Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS-AHA, PALS-AHA, BLS-AHA
• SSN and DOB required
• 2 references from entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner experience

Pay

Pay Rate: $2209.00 - $2322.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
