Travel ER RN - $2,160 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Weirton, West Virginia. The assignment starts 11/02/2026 for a 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. The facility is a Level 4 trauma center focusing on critical care for conditions such as chest pain, abdominal pain, and respiratory distress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Conduct patient triage and assessments at the bedside.
• Administer medications and titrate critical drips including norepinephrine, propofol, and others.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including ED physicians and mid‑level practitioners.
• Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse state licensure.
