About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Hagerstown, Maryland. Join our dynamic and busy Level 2 Trauma Center, where you will be part of a fast-paced emergency department team that sees an average of 220 patients daily. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to high acuity patients requiring swift and effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a high-volume emergency room setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide care for ventilated patients and those requiring critical interventions
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Nursing required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications (pending is acceptable for NIH)
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required
• Travel experience in Emergency Department settings is mandatory

Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract position
