About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department position in Saint Joseph, Michigan. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and continence issues
• Assess and manage complex wounds
• Develop care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Coordinate treatment with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Recent experience in acute care or postoperative settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• SSN required
• DOB required
• 2 references in the last 36 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board
• At least two years of specialty experience recommended
• ACLS
• NIHSS

Pay

Pay rate: $2008.00 – $2111.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, 13-week duration.
