VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Texas.
Job Details
- Location: Bay City, TX
- Setting: Hospital
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating)
- Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of travel experience, in addition to 2 years of specialty experience
- Certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS, TNCC
- No Fast Track
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, including trauma bays and specialty units
- Monitor and update patients' conditions using EMR systems like Meditech
- Assist with diverse diagnoses such as stroke, MI, CHF, DM, OD, Psych, and Pediatric cases
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and safety
- Float to different departments as needed, occasionally covering other units
